Have you been struggling to find a therapy that works for you?
There can be limitations found in traditional therapeutic techniques such as counselling; while this approach helps many people, it's not for everyone. Agnes is not committed to one singular method of psychological input.
In Agnes' decade of psychiatric nursing she has learnt various techniques to support people in creating meaningful and sustainable change whilst practicing self-compassion and radical self-acceptance.
Agnes creates a tailor made approach to suit your needs, this may include recommendations and home practices to try between sessions; such as mindfulness/self-compassion practices, journaling, gratitude exercises and relaxation techniques.

Agnes is currently working with clients over Zoom. Agnes's charges £45 for a 50 minute session, she offers a free discovery call. On occasion Agnes deliver's therapy face-to-face, in Aberdeenshire.
