Teenagers and Young People


Agnes first experienced anxiety when she was a teenager, and she acutely remembers the pressure and stress. The experience has enabled Agnes to develop insight into the struggles that often occur for young people today. Agnes forms strong bonds with the young people she works with. Her knowledge, understanding and relaxed approach encourages young people to disclose their concerns in a safe and therapeutic environment. Balance - A Bespoke Wellbeing Programme

Agnes uses a wide range of expertise to design a therapeutic intervention created for you. The programme consists of mindfulness practices, self-compassion teachings, anxiety coaching and relaxation techniques. This tailor made service can be delivered in your home at a time that suits you. 

This programme usually costs £360 and is delivered over 6 weeks, with a 1.5 hour session each week. The price and length of the course may differ depending on your needs. Contact Agnes for a free consultation.

Talks and Taster Sessions


Book Agnes to do a talk/taster session for your organisation or social group. Agnes has spoken publicly for large groups on a variety of topics from mindfulness and mental health to self-care and sleep hygiene. Length of time varies from 1 to 3 hours. Contact Agnes to discuss your needs.  

Outdoor Wellbeing

Wellbeing with Agnes offers outdoor wellbeing for adults and teenagers. These sessions include mindfulness, creative and forestry activities. Events are currently being offered at Haddo House Country Park and Kemnay House wilderness. Both of these locations offer a tranquil setting in which to learn more about yourself and the great outdoors. Agnes discusses the many benefits of outdoor wellbeing in her blog.

Agnes has teamed up with her Mum Elizabeth and good friend Kirsty to form 'Empower: Parenting Consultants'. We're proud to provide KGHypnobirthing and various other parenting services to Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire. KGHypnobirthing is a complete in-depth antenatal training programme designed to release fear and build confidence during birth.

8 week Mindfulness Based Living Course

The Mindfulness Based Living Course aims to help you to develop a long term and sustainable mindfulness practice with a core focus on self compassion. Benefits include: reduced stress/anxiety, improved focus, productivity and creativity, improved emotional intelligence, reduced conflict, increased wellbeing and feelings of peace. This course  is taught in 2 hour sessions each week for 8 weeks. 

Workplace Mindfulness

Mindfulness in the work place can offer a variety of benefits to employees and employers. These include:

·      improved focus, productivity and creativity

·      Stronger team dynamics

·      Reduced stress and anxiety.

·      Improved emotional intelligence resulting in

healthier working relationships and reduced conflict

Agnes can offer a variety of different services, tailored to suit your requirements. These vary from 3 – 4 hour workshops to an 8 week mindfulness course. Contact Agnes to discuss your needs.

Drop-in Sessions

Drop in sessions are available to anyone who's completed the MBLC. For experienced practitioners, these weekly sessions are a great opportunity to access peer and teacher support. Frequent group meditation can be beneficial for maintaining a daily meditation practice.   

These take place on the last Thursday of every month at Kemnay Church Centre, Kemnay. £3 per person. No need to book.
