Free Mindfulness Taster Session

Not sure mindfulness is for you? Want to find out how mindfulness can benefit you? Come along and find out what the mindfulness hype is all about. This free two-hour taster session will be a great opportunity to discover more about the various ways mindfulness can enrich your life.


No need to book for this session, just come along!



Location: Kemnay Church Centre

Date: April 20th (Saturday)

Time: 10am - Noon

8 week Mindfulness Based Living Course

This course is a fantastic way to learn more about yourself and to help build a sustainable mindfulness practice. Whether you suffer from insomnia, anxiety or you'd just like to learn more about mindfulness - this course is for you! After much consideration, Agnes has decided to run this course for free. The aim is to make mindfulness accessible to all, and so often you find that large groups of people are excluded due to a lack of funds. An 8 week mindfulness course usually costs between £150 and £250. At the end of the course, donations will be welcome from those who can afford it. This course is run over 9 weeks, with a whole day at the end.
